<div><br></div><div>Abstract:</div><div>Some philosophers hold that nature of belief is 'constituted by norms' in a way that cannot be accommodated by naturalism. I shall show that this is not true, and indeed that the very idea that anything can be constituted by (genuine) norms is problematic.</div>
